ARE WE LONELIER THAN EVER?

We all know that parenting can be lonely sometimes. Trying to navigate your new routine (or lack of it, whatever works for you) and building a life around your child can be tough. But how bad is it? And is it a done deal - do we just have to accept it?

A survey from video parenting site ChannelMum.com says that 70% of women with dependent children think their generation is the loneliest ever. A shocking 92% of mums who were polled said they had experienced intense bouts of loneliness. And out of that number, only two in five told anyone about it. Here’s the lowdown of their findings from the mums who said they felt alone:
