RADICAL REVAMP PLANNED FOR F1
Ross brown says that F1's new owner, Liberty Media, has designs on making the sport closer, more dramatic and more “sensational” by the next rules
cycle in 2021. Liberty has already laid out its concept for F1’s new engine cycle, with the current dual hybrid power units due to be replaced after 2020. Together with the engine changes, Brawn said work was underway to redesign the cars to provide more appeal and also change the aerodynamic rules to aid overtaking.
