Upper Deck brought a powerful lineup of sports greats to its Looney Tunes card sets. But the Looney Tunes comic characters Upper Deck featured in the Comic Ball and Space Jam sets added real star quality, too. For example, when TV Guide celebrated its 50th-year anniversary in 2002 the magazine selected the top 50 comic characters. Topping that elite list was Bugs Bunny at number one! Other Looneys on the list were Daffy Duck at number 14, Tweety and Sylvester 33rd, Wille E. Coyote and the Road Runner 38th, and Porky Pig 47th.
