World Wide Collectibles, Inc.issued five promo cards in a sealed clear cellophane “pack” in 1993. The cards were for the 132-card Pro Billiards Tour Billiard Card Set. The first promo was an unnumbered information card. The other four cards depicted the four different formats for the cards in the set. The formats are Hall of Fame, Pro Billiards Tour, Challenge of Champions, and World Team Billiards. The card fronts all have white borders with different frames showing a color photo of the player inside the frame. Also shown are the player’s name and the type of format in a white box below the photo. The backs are white with an indented square black box with a pool cue on the left side. The four cards were numbered 5, 16, 66, and 74. They all had “Sample” stamped in the middle in red over the writeup about the players. The top of the cards had the player’s name and other information. Each card was numbered out of 10,000 printed and all had different numbers. Met Life Resources issued a nine-card unnumbered set devoted to being a top student in various subjects. All of the students depicted were characters from the Peanuts cartoon strip.
