Philadelphia born Mark Pingitore has been illustrating cards for years, including Garbage Pail Kids, Wacky Packages, Hollywood Zombies, and Cereal Killers. He also did the covers for IDW’s Garbage Pail Kids comic book. Now with his own business, Magic Marker Art, Pingitore is releasing a hilarious spoof of favorite superheroes—Marveless Kids. Pingitore says”, I basically am doing a Cabbage Patch Kids parody combined with Marvel parody as if it was done in the 80’s, with the same irreverence, fun, and humor I loved as a kid.”
