DUNBEG residents may have to wait longer for a new hotel and roundabout, as plans prove ‘extremely complex’ and may take a ‘considerable time’.
Argyll and Bute Council has renewed planning permission for a proposed hotel, leisure facilities and lodges, submitted by Arcade Building Services Ltd (ABSL), of Glasgow, on land south of the A85 at Tom Liath/Tom Ard, Dunbeg.
ABSL received planning permission in 2014, but it had to re-apply before the normal three-year deadline expired.
