A CRUISE company and master have been handed fines totalling £8,000 following an accident on the Caledonian Canal in which a crew member lost part of her leg.
Jacobite Cruises Limited admitted charges brought under the Health and Safety at Work Act after Aurelia Thabert was badly injured in the incident in June 2012.
