Strengthen your buttocks, calf muscles and whole lower body in this short but powerful grounding and stabilising flow. Also great for the structure of the joints in your lower body and the stabilising ligaments around those joints.

This sequence progressively builds layers of difficulty, developing neuro plasticity by constantly challenging how the brain works with the balance. Moving in this way can even help us to evolve beyond our perceived limitations, both on and off the mat.
