A trilingual based in London, born in Italy and educated in France (half her family in Germany), she has a favour able point of view into diferent education approaches. A mother of three kids, the youngest a baby, she quit a career in journalism to incorporate mindfulness into her lifestyle. She’s a yoga teacher and an advocate for gentle par enting, as well as the founder of SpiritMommy.com. Had she any free time, she would use it to make sculptures.
