POLENTA
IDEA 1: Chunky Polenta Chips
HOW? Make up some very thick polenta and season well. Grease a baking tin and spread the polenta out in a 2cm layer. Chill until firm before cutting into chunky chips and baking or frying until crispy. A delicious alternative to chips when served with your favourite dips.
IDEA 2: Crispy Coating
HOW? Try replacing breadcrumbs with polenta for a twist on a crunchy coating for tofu, cauliflower or stuffed mushrooms.
