We’ve been hard at work preparing our favourite kooky and spooky recipes that are sure to make you the centre of attention at any Halloween party this year, because if you can’t have fun in the kitchen at Halloween, when can you?!

WITCHES BREW SOUP

For the Soup:
• 2 tbsp vegan butter
• 1 head broccoli, broken into florets and stalk finely sliced
• 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 large onion, peeled and diced
• 2 leeks, trimmed, washed well and sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
• 200g (1 cup) spinach, washed
• 1 tbsp vegan bouillon powder
• 1 tbsp vegan pesto
• Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
• 115ml (½ cup) soy milk (optional)
To serve:
• 6 tbsp soy cream (optional)
