A study* at the University of Pennsylvania found that eating late at night is more dangerous than previously thought. Experts suggest that consistently eating at that time increases weight, insulin and cholesterol levels, and negatively affects fat metabolism, and hormonal markers implicated in heart disease, diabetes and other health problems.
