Gently transformative ideas for a happier body


Veganuary this year was an unprecedented success, with 62 per cent of non-vegans taking part deciding to become vegan after they tried it for a month. The main reasons for making the permanent plant-based switch were a result of learning more about the environmental impact of meat and dairy production, and animal cruelty issues – 86 per cent – and, simply, because being vegan was actually a lot easier than 82 per cent of participants expected.
