Holland 8

The Netherlands men’s eight, known as the “Holland 8”, spent August on training camp in the beautiful village of Obertraun in the Salzkammergut region of Austria ahead of the 2020 European Rowing Championships. While the Dutch team topped the medal table at the 2020 European Championships in Poland with an impressive 11 gold medals overall, the “Holland 8” had to settle for bronze behind reigning world and European champions Germany, who won gold, and Romania who finished second.
