Hot food: If you’re after a warming bowl of pasta, Jamie’s Italian has some very tempting vegan options. The Veggie Tagliatelle Bolognese is a rich ragu of tomatoes, lentil and porcini mushrooms, while the Casarecce Arrabbiata packs a punch with its fiery tomato and garlic sauce. For something a little different, try the Sicilianstyle Cauliflower served with Lentil Ragù, Pomegranate and Pine Nuts or if you’re after something lighter, the Superfood Salad comes as a starter or main.
