Spicy Butter Beans on Toast

• glug of olive oil

• 1 garlic clove, crushed

• 1 x 400g (14oz) can of butter beans, drained and rinsed

• 1 x 400g (14oz) tin of tomatoes

• 2 tsp paprika

• 2 pinches of chilli flakes

• 1 tbsp maple syrup
