Q I seem to always be hungry — am I missing something in my diet?
The most filling foods are those rich in protein and in fibre Fibre tends to be quite easy on a vegan diet if you’re choosing lots of veg. But protein can be tough if you’re not putting some thinking into planning your meals and snacks. Make sure each meal has a protein source, such as lentils, beans, tofu, soya protein or nuts. Eat regular meals and don’t miss any out. Choose wise snacks in between – like a handful of almonds, some fruit and dairy-free yoghurt or a small bowl of popcorn. Azmina Govindji
