THE PROBLEM WITH RUBBISH

Do you think you could go a whole day without creating any landfill-dwelling waste? This seemingly simple question is harder to answer than you may think. We produce waste during almost every activity, from grabbing a drink on the go, to eating lunch out with friends. In fact, most of us probably don’t give a second thought as to the quantities of waste we produce each day. We are blind to the journey our trash travels upon once thrown in the bin. Out of sight, out of mind – a complacency which suits our single-use lives yet, at the same, is a terrifyingly destructive attitude.
