Breakfast
Banana & custard baked oats: mix together 40g plain porridge oats (a Healthy Extra), ½ pot Müllerlight Banana & Custard yogurt, 1 beaten egg, a few drops of vanilla essence and 1 level tbsp sweetener (½ Syn) in a small ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until browned, and serve topped with sliced banana
