Keep Fit!

It’s easy to slip into the comfort of being a couch potato in-between lectures; but often all it takes to get fit are a few small adjustments to your lifestyle. And remember, exercise doesn’t have to be boring; there are plenty of different fitness regimes and activities to stop you from giving up…

Running is a great way to boost your fitness levels. It doesn’t have to be boring either; you can customise a running playlist or listen to a podcast, and you will have ran a few miles before you know it.

There are plenty of apps to help you get into running if you’re a beginner: if you need some motivation, you could download Runkeeper which helps to track your distance, pace and route so you can see how much you improve each time. You can add your friends on the app so you can compete with them and motivate each other, and it also counts how many calories you burn each time you exercise so you can keep track of your progress.
