I start every morning with a black coffee at home, and make another in my flask for the work commute. I take lunch every day, including breakfast. This morning, it was overnight oats made with yellow sticker (foods reduced by stores on their best before date, or because of damaged packaging) oats, vanilla protein powder (from a friend’s cupboard clear out), yellow sticker peanut butter, vanilla soya yoghurt from my mum and chopped banana.
