I LOVE KART
A new gen awakening
Oscar Pellemele has been in karting for the majority of his life since he first visited a rental track with his father at the age of 6 and followed what he refers to as a “classic” path through the federal classes from 4-stroke Minikart into Rotax 125 as a youngster. Since 2019, the driver from Brittany in the west of France continues his passion competing in Rotax Senior MAX, explaining that “the races are extremely demanding with a very good level and really close competition amongst the leaders.” But now begins a new era!

NEW R1 SEAT MADE WITH LOVE
Love for our sport. Love for racing and competition. Love for victory and... love for a woman, the companion of a lifetime. Alessandro Sferrella cannot find another word that best describes the new creation of Greyhound, the small Italian company that in a few short years has carved out a specific space in the panorama of seats, and beyond
RED LINE
Racing on the edge
The extremely serious accident that took place in Adria during the OK race Final of the WSK Open on 3 October blew open the Pandora’s box of safety in this sport. The limit, crossed years ago, was this time crossed dramatically and - only by chance- not tragically. An equilibrium or measure that the karting system has lost over the years and that can no longer be ignored because the stakes are now too high: the lives of very young drivers in a world where adults struggle to make decisions
A TRUE EXPERT EXPL AINS HOW A TRACK IS BORN
We talked to and heard about the issue of safety in the design and homologation phase of a circuit from one of the most well-known and appreciated technicians in the field, Jarno Zaffelli, whom we reached in Abu Dhabi where he is working on modifications to the Yas Marina F1 circuit. Among his most recent work, the refurbishment of Zandvoort, returned after decades to the F1 calendar, and the safety of the Mugello and Imola racetracks for F1, as well as Silverstone, Paul Ricard, Portimao. In his curriculum, there is also the famous ‘remake’ of the Parma track in Mooresville, in the United States, and the new Cremona kart track

The Easy Galaxy
Twenty years young, the age of one of the most famous and long-lived Brand Trophies on the scene. A formula that has included increasingly more categories and over the years has given birth to champions in karting and beyond: Shwartzman, Agostini, but also kart legends such as De Conto and Travisanutto or the rising star Andrea Kimi Antonelli, have all passed through here. And the project does not rest on its laurels; at Birel Art they are working to serve an ever wider pool of kart drivers

RUSSIAN FASTEST!
Evpatoria is a city by the sea in Crimea and it’s also a very special place for karting in Russia. Why? Because there are the Black sea, sun, fruits and legendar y Crimean wines here! And the wonderful Crimea Grand Prix track, of course! Never mind that the sea is not very warm now, the wind carries dust, as always in the steppe part of Crimea, but the bright sun dictates its own laws, raising the mood to the maximum. And it is here that this year we are putting an end to the battle for the main karting trophy - the Russian championship in the 2021 season
