Welcome to our latest issue! As we swap the balmy summer weather for crisp autumnal days, thoughts turn to the changing seasons, and thus, new flowers. I remember being surprised at the wealth of options my sister had for her flowers at her wedding last October; I thought all the best ones had bloomed in the summer, but I was so wrong. The rich colours, beautiful textures and unusual designs were simply amazing – we’ve featured the wedding on page 48 and I hope it inspires all future autumn brides! If you’re after reception décor ideas, then we’ve got plenty here! Flick to page 10 for our gorgeous moodboards, before heading to page 20 for some fabulous ideas on how to style your aisle. We’ve also got top tips from luxury wedding planner, Liz Linkleter, on page 24, a debate on whether you should go for real or faux flowers (page 28) and lastly, three real life brides put some of our favourite florists to the test in Challenge the Florist on page 26 – phew! There’s also giveaways aplenty here – make sure you turn to page 54 for your chance to win a blissful spa break at the award-winning Ragdale Hall, page 18 to win tickets to The National Wedding Show and page 67 to win a crafting bundle to make your own wedding stationery. And, of course, I have to mention our famous Flower Lookbook section – it is genuinely such a pleasure to be surrounded by such glorious flowers and innovative designs; if these beauties don’t inspire you, I don’t think anything will! From page 69, we have 50 pages of beautiful bouquets, tablecentres, buttonholes and everything in-between! Enjoy the issue and happy planning,
