Beyond Paradise
Kris Marshall reprises his role as the bumbling but brilliant DI Humphrey Goodman in this six-part Death in Paradise spin-off. Having decamped from London, the detective and his fiancée Martha Lloyd (Sally Bretton) build a new life in her fictional West Country home town of Shipton Abbott. As Martha pursues her dream of running her own restaurant, Humphrey joins the local police force and quickly makes an impression on his colleagues, DS Esther Williams (Zahra Ahmadi), PC Kelby Hartford (Dylan Llewellyn) and Margo Martins (Felicity Montagu). Each week will see the team investigate a host of baffling cases.
The Gold
Kenneth Noye (Jack Lowden) and John Palmer (Tom Cullen) are on a mission to remove any identifying marks from the Brink’s-Mat bullion and get it back into the market as soon as possible. Meanwhile, shady solicitor Edwyn Cooper (Dominic Cooper) is working on a plan to launder the money.
