PHELAN KILLS AGAIN?
There are fireworks going off at the Barlows’ house this week. And Ken’s pretty much enemy number one for being at the root of most of the issues. Just when the OAP, who had a stroke last year, can barely cope with any more grief, he then falls out with Tracy. Snapping point The mum is miffed that her stepdad won’t give her a loan that would allow her to buy the florist’s, and accuses Ken of only really caring about his ‘real kids’! Having already kicked out grandson Adam for the recent drugs mess he pulled his family into, Ken doesn’t seem to have a single ally at home. As he reaches snapping point, Ken lashes out when he runs into Phelan. With the dodgy builder taking too long to renovate his kitchen. When Ken acidly reminds the builder that he’s lucky to have work at all, the killer crook seethes. The outburst may make put-upon Ken feel a bit better, but like most people in Weatherfield, he has no idea that Phelan is a murderer!
