Nadiya Hussain’s triumph in last year’s Great British Bake Off was an unforgettable TV moment. millions cheered and wept as the stay-at-home mum-of-three – to musa, nine, Dawud, eight, and maryam, five – took the Bake Off trophy from Paul Hollywood and mary Berry, saying, ‘I’m never gonna put boundaries on myself ever again.
