Emma Rome’s coeliac diagnosis was life-changing – in a positive way

“I found out I was coeliac just over 10 years ago. I was unwell for about six months, but I was finally diagnosed with coeliac disease and Sjögrens syndrome. It was a hard transition, but it was also life changing. Now I sleep better, my skin is improved, I stopped being ill and I’m now full of energy. I don’t think you realise how unwell you have been until you are free from it.
