HOW CAN I REDUCE BLOATING WHEN I RUN?
Running helps to release endorphins that make you feel good, but sometimes physical ailments can make you feel less than your best when you’re pounding the pavements. Bloating is one of the top ailments for runners, and often this can be down to diet. It sounds obvious, but eating a large meal before a run will interfere with how you feel, so give your body time to digest before heading out – an hour and a half should be okay but do listen to your body. Try to opt for easy to digest foods such as a piece of fruit as a pre-run snack.
