The Aesthetica Creative Writing Award is open for entries for its 2016 competition.
The competition is in two categories: poetry and short fiction. The winner in each category will receive £500 and their entry will be published in the Aesthetica Creative Writing Anthology. The winners will also receive a selection of titles from Vintage and Bloodaxe Books and a year’s subscription to Granta.
Short story entries may be any length up to 2,000 words. Poetry entries may be up to 40 lines. Works that have been published elsewhere may be entered. Story and poem entries may be in any style and on any subject.
