Poets can win with Poetry Can

Poetry Can is inviting entries for the Bristol Poetry Prize 2018.

This year’s judge is Helen Ivory. The first prize is £600 and an invitation to read at Bristol Poetry Festival 2018. There are runner-up prizes of £300 and £100.

The competition is for original, unpublished poems in any style and on any subject, up to 100 lines. Type poems clearly on separate sheets of A4, with the title and page number clearly indicated on each page if the poem is on more than one page. The writer’s name must not appear on the manuscript. Postal entrants must include a completed entry form, which can be downloaded from the website. Enter by post or through the online submission system.
