The Windsor Fringe Kenneth Branagh Award for New Drama Writing is open for entries to the 2016 competition.
The annual competition is for one-act plays by amateur dramatists. Three winning scripts will be selected for performance during the Windsor Fringe Festival, and the overall winner will receive £500.
Entries for the award should be plays of no longer than 30 minutes, with a cast of no more than six actors, and should be suitable for staging in a studio theatre. All scripts must be original and previously unperformed, and must be written by amateur writers. Only one script per author may be entered.
