The Bath Novel Award 2016 is open to entries. For this year’s competition, the prize money has doubled to £2,000.
The Bath Novel Award is for unpublished and independent novelists who have written for adult or young adult readers. This year’s judge is Susan Armstrong, a literary agent at Conville & Walsh. A runner-up will receive a consultancy report worth £400 from Cornerstones Literary Consultancy.
The competition is aimed at writers who have yet to be traditionally published. All entries must be original and unpublished or self-published. Writers entering the Bath Novel Award must not be represented by Conville & Walsh.
