When Georgia and Ian began to look for their first family home they found just the one house within their budget. ‘We’d looked at maisonettes but we ideally wanted a house with three bedrooms and a garden,’ remembers Georgia. ‘You don’t often get small houses with three rooms, and house prices were on the rise so our choice was limited.
