BATHROOM PROBLEM ROOM
Lynne Gifford’s bathroom is in constant use. There are often friends staying over and with the family using it too, when the shower started to be problematic, it needed fixing fast. ‘When it came to having a shower, if you weren’t first in, chances are you’d get a horrible tepid dribbly water flow and the curtain stuck to your legs as you moved around trying to wash as fast as possible. All in all it wasn’t a nice experience,’ laughs Lynne. ‘We decided that we needed to rip out the bathroom and start again with a powerful shower and a bath with a shaped end to give a more generous showering space that could cope with our demands.’
