The boutique scheme is comprised of just 47 bespoke apartments, in the heart of SW1, with prices ranging from £950,000 to £1,490,000.

Market-wise, the borough is performing well. House prices are not only expected to rise 15% in the next five years, but rental properties also saw one of the highest increase rates in yields in the capital last year, according to recent research from CBRE.
