A familiar face will be giving a talk at Bucks Family History Society (FHS) on 4 April when Q&A expert David Frost takes to the stand to present An Agony Aunt ForFamily Tree Magazine(7.15-9.30pm, Bletchley). David became an ‘agony aunt’ for Family Treesome 15 years ago – and is surprised how often readers’ questions chime with his own experience. On 10 April the society has lined up Audrey Collins of The National Archives to discuss The First World War and The Community(7.45-9.30pm, Bourne End); drawing on a wide variety of documents, Audrey will show how we can discover the ways in which a particular community was affected. On 21 April, Baptism and Birth in the 1800swill be the talk presented to society members and visitors by Tom Doig (1.30-4pm, Aylesbury).
