Equipped with a 1.5 litre ‘bladder’, this backpack has the largest ‘builtin’ water carrying capacity. The drinking tube is cleverly integrated into the shoulder strap to allow singlehanded access while on the go. This, combined with capacity to hold an additional 12 litres of equipment, makes it a great pack for longer distance adventures. The main compartment has an internal mesh pocket to help keep items separate and quick to get to while external mesh ‘stash’ pockets allow you to access items quickly while on the move. Shoulder straps, a sternum strap and a waistband are all fully adjustable and allow plenty of movement to create a perfect fit, with the waistband incorporating more pockets that are readily at hand without taking the pack off.
We loved: The thick, perforated padding built into the back section of the pack; this ensures a comfortable fit while allowing a little breathability without adding weight. Even when fully loaded it was easy to achieve a great ‘bounce-free’ fit.
