This is a jacket designed with the worst of British weather in mind. It’s waterproof and wind resistant, with the all-important waterproof seams and a full-length waterproof zip to keep rain out. The hood will fit over a ponytail or bun, as well as a hat, and still cover your forehead. The front of the hood has a discreet wire in the seam to allow you to form a peak to ensure you keep the rain out of your eyes. It also has three toggles to enable you to adjust the fit of the hood, which then folds away into the neck when the sun comes out. It’s a substantial jacket, but Keela have managed to keep it lightweight. It’s a flattering fit and has lots of pocket space: two front hip pockets, a deceptively large breast pocket and another large one on the lower back that’s ideal for carrying maps.
