Layers are all-important for winter training plans
Feeling inspired by October’s London Marathon to get out and train for a 26.2-mile run, no matter what? You’re not the only one. Plenty of runners will be pulling on their running shoes and kickstarting their training this month, motivated by the challenge of running their own marathon.
We’re all hoping that 2021 will deliver a better year of running than 2020. While many of the big city marathons have pushed their 2021 races back to October, some smaller races are hoping to go ahead with social distancing in place.
The London Marathon has also shown us that we can create our own finish lines whenever and wherever we choose. All we need is the motivation to get to our own start line.
