FEBRUARY
THORPE AND EGHAM 10k and half
Great PB potential thanks to the speedy, flat and traffic-free course. The route crosses over the M25 motorway while taking in the tranquillity of the rural lanes. Most of the course is countryside and relatively flat and the route is on roads around Thorpe Park rather than in the theme park itself. The final three miles of the race are very flat and downhill so great for making up time.

BELFAST TELEGRAPH RUN FOREST RUN
This popular 5K and 10K event starts and finishes in the shadow of the lakeside castle and is based in and around Castlewellan Forest Park, a landscaped park with an 18th century arboretum, Victorian castle and a scenic lake. Competitors can enjoy amazing views of the Mourne Mountains and the world’s largest permanent maze.
