Pulled piri-piri chicken
Take any leftover meat off the bone from the one-pan piri-piri chicken dinner on p53, discarding the skin. Tip the meat into a pan and pour over 100ml chicken stock. Simmer gently until the chicken can be shredded into the stock, then use it to stuff tacos, wraps or burger buns.
