Good Organic Gardening  |  ISSUE#4.1 2013
In this issue, we visit the Elands, which are in the hinterlands of Port Macquarie; here we spend time with the owners of Marrook Farm, David and Heidi, who are one of the very few biodynamic/organic yogurt producers in Australia that use only the milk produced on their own farms. We also visit Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre in Ingleside; where a not-so secret garden lays – the Kimbriki Eco House and Garden. The garden focuses on and is dedicated to exploring how to live a more sustainable life, it is a place for experience, to learn from and to be inspired by. In our step-by-step guide, Simon Bryant treats us to his winter delights, including Mushy Eggplants Stuffed with Red Lentils and Bucatini Carbonara with Kale Chips to name a couple, he uses all seasonal delights, which are available to you from your local organic supplier or farmers’ market.
