What’s your carb of choice? Mine’s small skin-on potatoes roasted in a little olive oil and fresh rosemary. But I also love a fresh baguette (I stick to the 10cm chunk dietitians recommend as a portion), toasted sourdough (wholegrain, as it’s higher in fibre) and a plate of pasta (measuring a healthy 75g serving size before cooking it).
