I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Deliciously Ella exclusive section in your January issue. It was great to see that you still included the nutritional information for her recipes – not something you normally see in her cookbooks. The make-ahead breakfasts are a great idea! I’ve already treated myself to the chocolate porridge and can’t wait to work my way through the rest. They look delicious and will be useful on mornings when I’m getting up early to go to the gym before work. It was also interesting reading about what fruit and veg are in season at the moment. I never knew oranges weren’t always vegan. As a part-time vegan, I’m definitely going to make sure I only buy unwaxed fruit from now on. HANNAH, VIA EMAIL
