I ALWAYS considered myself a healthy eater – for breakfast I had cereal and orange juice, I snacked on fruit or flapjacks, and ate lots of wholemeal bread and pasta. I also took plenty of exercise, so I couldn’t understand why I was still putting on so much weight. At my heaviest in 2015, I weighed 13st 7lb (86kg) and was a dress size 18 to 20.
