Bring 50ml water with a strip of orange zest, 1 clove and a pinch cinnamon to the boil, then pour over 75g mixed dried fruit. Squeeze in juice ¼ lemon, leave to cool, then chill overnight.

Serve with 30g 2% fat Greek yogurt and 25g sugar-free muesli
