Exercise helps to clear my mind and gives me an energy boost. I love the crazy, intense burst of a spin class – the adrenaline lifts my mood and leaves me feeling elated. I cycle in the woods near my home, I swim and do plenty of walking too, but my absolute favourite is sea kayaking.
