1 SEA KAYAKING
Exercise helps to clear my mind and gives me an energy boost. I love the crazy, intense burst of a spin class – the adrenaline lifts my mood and leaves me feeling elated. I cycle in the woods near my home, I swim and do plenty of walking too, but my absolute favourite is sea kayaking. It’s the most calming thing I’ve ever discovered – such a fantastic blend of exertion and serenity – the rhythm of the paddles moving in and out of the water – and beautiful scenery
