52% of us are using work breaks for personal admin, says a new survey. Chill people! Studies say that breaks improve physical and mental wellbeing, so park your to-do list.

New research reveals that 55 per cent of us find fitting exercise around our working lives onerous, citing poor work/life balance and stress as the main stumbling blocks. And though men and women spend the same amount of time on exercise, 74 per cent of men were more likely to exercise if they can fit work and gym gear into one bag. If that sounds familiar, you could buy a huge holdall, but what else can we do to make sure we get our recommended 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity and a minimum of two sessions of strength exercises a week?
