It’s the one topic we’re reluctant to discuss: the health of our sex lives. But desire can take a nosedive at any age and for myriad reasons, from stress to work worries. Once you lose intimacy in a relationship, you can feel lonely, guilty, frightened or embarrassed, so it’s important to deal with the underlying causes, often a mix of physical, emotional, psychological and situational factors; sex therapy can be a way to do this.
