The price of everything has risen dramatically in price over the last couple of years: gas, horse feed, and let’s not get started on vehicle prices. Even the price of salt licks has increased!
And that’s just the horse side. We all need to eat, replace worn clothing, get places and do things, all of which cost more now. The end result is that many people are having to cut back on nonessentials. And that can include horse showing, which for many of us is—let’s face it—a luxury.
